A lifelong East Valley local with a deep passion for golf, the founder of Desert Rules has spent countless hours on local courses, creating a strong connection to the game. One of the fondest memories is diving into the lake at Dobson Ranch to fish out golf balls and selling them to save up for trips to Big Surf in Tempe.

Over the years, a gap in the headwear market was noticed—something simple, stylish, and meaningful for golfers who love Arizona as much as he does. Inspired by his passion for hats and the local golf community, Desert Rules was born to create designs that reflect the pride and spirit of Arizona golfers.
